String beans with mushrooms

Defreeze the string bean (if you have fresh - just cut off the tips). We put the beans in boiling salted and cook for 6-7 minutes, then immediately pellet with ice water and throw it back in a colander. In the pan, pour olive oil, put on the fire, add a little butter. Onion in the meantime, finely, finely chopped, champignons washed and cut too (I prefer to cut larger, into fairly thick slices). Add the onions and mushrooms to the melted butter. Fry, stirring, 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the string bean. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook another 2-3 minutes on medium heat, after which we remove from the fire and immediately serve. Bon Appetit!
