The fire should be very small - the broth should not bubble. Yes, we cook it for 6 hours, it's not a typo :) We'll peel onions and carrots. When there is an hour left until the meat is finished, we add carrots and onions (whole) to the pan, as well as bay leaf and sweet pepper. Also at this stage, the meat should be salted to taste. So, the meat was cooked. We shift it to a plate and separate it from the bones (the meat was cooked for a long time, so the bones will easily fall behind). We take a wide form with low sides, lay out our meat, disassembled into fibers. Sprinkle the meat finely chopped garlic (chopped, but not grated - garlic should be felt). Broth, which cooked meat, filter. We fill them with our meat. If you want, decorate the jelly with pieces of carrots cooked with meat. Cool the cold to room temperature, then put in the refrigerator for a few more hours before solidification.
