Wash the zucchini, cut off the tips and make the zucchini - "spaghetti." You should get green and white "spaghetti". Boil water, add a cube of broth and cook zucchini for 2 - 3 minutes, so that they remain still slightly crispy. Then cool them under a stream of cold water. Put 2 slices of smoked ham on a hot frying pan without fat, fry lightly for about 30 seconds. Then cut each slice into pieces. Boil 300 g of tagliatelle in boiling salted water, then drain. Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan, put on fire and lay out the tagliatelle. Add the ham and zucchini - spaghetti. Stir well and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Mix 2 egg yolks, 150 ml of liquid cream, a tablespoon of lemon juice, 50 g of Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into a saucepan and cook, stirring for 2 - 3 minutes. Serve hot!
