Tasty and useful: five options for children's breakfasts

A balanced four meals a day is a prerequisite for the child's full development. Pediatricians recommend paying special attention to breakfasts - morning meals should account for a quarter of the daily caloric intake of preschool rations (about 400-500 kcal). Do not necessarily experience the patience of the child with monotonous dishes - five types of delicious breakfasts will solve the problem of morning moods.

Steam omelets are an easy dish that many kids love. Protein "basis" can be supplemented with a vitamin "charge", adding to the egg mixture crushed carrots, broccoli, spinach. Milk porridge is no less useful for a growing organism. They should be prepared from unpolished rice, buckwheat or pearl barley with the addition of pumpkin pulp, raisins or candied fruit.

Casseroles are slightly more complicated in preparation, but they are enough for several servings. Kids will not only taste traditional cheese dishes, but also unsweetened options - from lean meat, white fish or vegetables. Macaroni from durum wheat with greens and butter is a source of complex carbohydrates, a kind of "battery" for the active kid. And, of course, sandwiches - but only from useful products. A slice of cereal bread with hard cheese and boiled meat is an excellent children's breakfast.
