- minced pork meat - 500 grams

For the sauce, pepper, ginger, garlic and onion chop. Mix half of ginger and hot pepper. 3 tbsp soy sauce, lime juice. 1 tbsp. l. oil and 1 tbsp. l. boiled water. The remaining spicy pepper and ginger shall be ground in a blender along with onions, garlic, lime and 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Continue to beat, add minced meat. Roll 24 balls from the meat mass and fry them in the preheated oil, 3 minutes on each side. Put the meatballs on the dish and pour on the sauce.
