Last summer, Tatyana Navka became the mother for the second time, but this did not affect the athlete's complexion - she continues to wear tight-fitting outfits that emphasize the ideal figure. According to the figure skater, her belly became the same one month after the birth of a little Hope. At the same time Tatiana does not wear herself out with special exercises:

Despite his harmony, Navka knows what extra weight is, and remembers how difficult it is to get rid of him. The fact that she recovered very quickly after the second birth, the athlete considers it a real luck. Within a month, Navka began daily workouts with a heavy load. Because every day of Tatiana Navki is full of training, she does not limit herself to eating, allowing herself to eat fried potatoes with onions and mushrooms for the night. The figure skater is easier in the morning to go for a run and work out in the hall than to deny yourself food. The same applies to diets. In order not to limit oneself, Navka, by effort of will, forces himself to work constantly on hard training:
