Tomatoes should be cut into four parts and seeds removed.

Then grease the casserole form. Fill the tomato mixed with broccoli and fried in olive oil onion. Season the dish with salt and spices, do not forget to sprinkle with grated cheese of hard varieties.

For the casserole to become edible, it should be placed for 12 minutes in the oven (heated to 220 degrees). Wait until the cheese is browned.

Salad from avocado. Canaries.

- two tomatoes, 150 grams of boiled shrimp, a tablespoon of sour cream, two teaspoons of lemon juice, salt, mustard and a sprig of basil.

Tomatoes, freed from seeds, cut into small cubes. Then cut in half an avocado and take out the pulp, without damaging the peel. Flesh is not thrown away, but also cut into cubes. Then mix all the ingredients and add the sauce. The sauce is prepared as follows: sour cream is mixed with mustard, lemon juice and seasonings.

Before serving, the salad should be placed in the peel of avocado and decorated with greens.

International strawberry yoghurt cake.

Sometimes you can indulge in a delicious dessert. The recipe for this light dish is simple. For preparation of cakes are useful:

- 200 g of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, 25 grams of ordinary and a bag of vanilla sugar, 50 g of mashed almonds, 125 g of softened margarine, one yolk and one whole egg, lemon peel and a little salt.

Mix flour, baking powder, both types of sugar, almonds, margarine, zest and salt. All this is a good rub. We add a yolk with an egg and gambly mix the dough. To all turned out delicious, the dough should be chilled for an hour in the refrigerator.

It is recommended to divide the dough into two halves. One to freeze for the future, and the second part to roll up to 24 centimeters. The rolled dough should be pricked in different places and placed in an oven with a temperature of 200 degrees. Bake the cake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. And after baking - to cool.

Now we prepare the cream. Required ingredients: 300 g yogurt, 200 g cream, 50 g sugar, a little orange juice, zest and juice of one lemon, gelatin.

Gelatine should be soaked in cold water for five minutes. While gelatin swells, we will be able to stir yogurt with zest and lemon juice, adding sugar. Then you need to dissolve the swollen gelatin in the warmed orange juice. Add all this to the yoghurt mass. When the mass begins to solidify, you should add whipped cream. Make sure that the cream has a homogeneous consistency.

At the final stage, the cooled cake is made into a mold. Lubricate with berry jam, flavored with a glass of rum. From above it is possible to put berries and to fill in with a cream.
