A fairy tale or a game?

There is a deep connection between fairy tales and games. We can say that any fairy tale is nothing more than a game plan - regardless of whether this game is played or not. A child, listening to fairy tales, has the same freedom in the game of images, accompanied by a game of movements. The game is a staged fairy tale, and a fairy tale is, in fact, a game to the very stage. A fairy tale for a child is not a pure invention. Fairy-tale heroes live for their children by their separate lives, influencing their worldview and feelings.

Types of fairy tales and their impact on the child

Currently, there are two main types of fairy tales: author's and folk. Both those and other tales can be divided into everyday, terrible fairy tales and tales about animals. Let's take a closer look at each of these species.

Folk tales

There are two main objects of folk tales. First, it is the surrounding living world, which at any time can talk with the child. This is important for the careful and meaningful attitude of the child to what surrounds him. Secondly, this division of good and evil, the invariable victory of good. This is important for maintaining the child's spirits and developing his desire for the better, for his moral and moral development.

Tales of animals

Little children often identify themselves with animals, want to be like them. It is the tales of animals that convey the best experience to children. Representatives of the animal world are familiar to him as not just heroes of fairy tales, but as individuals with their own characters and skills. The child adopts the experience of their communication and learns life.

Household Tales

They talk about the vicissitudes of family life, shows ways to resolve various conflict situations, contain a position of common sense and a sound sense of humor in relation to life's troubles. Therefore, everyday fairy tales are absolutely indispensable as an element of the development of the child's personality. Especially with work aimed at building an image of family relationships for "difficult" children.

Scary stories

Modeling and living repeatedly alarmed situation in fairy tales, the child is freed from stress, acquiring new ways of self-regulation. Terrible tales are an interesting psychological material that gives an opportunity to see the innermost corners of the children's world. The heroes of such tales are conditional and nameless. Their character is not disclosed, and actions are not motivated. They are simply the personification of a clash of good and evil forces. The child chooses for himself, for which he "sick". The task of parents is to direct the child in the right direction.

Author's tales

Usually they are more imaginative, more reverent than the people's. There is a kind of author's fairy tales, as didactic ones - they are created by teachers for the "packing" of the relevant educational material. Abstract symbols in this case (numbers, letters, arithmetic actions) are animated, an image of a fairy-tale world is created. Such tales reveal the meaning and importance of specific knowledge.

Psycho-corrective author's tales are created for a milder impact on the behavior of the child. Here, correction means replacing the ineffective behavior style with a more productive one, as well as an accessible explanation for the child of the meaning of everything that is happening. The use of such tales is limited by age (up to 11-13 years) and problems (inefficient, inadequate behavior).
