In our family baked zucchini with potatoes are used as a side dish - we are meat eaters, from pure vegetable dishes we eat only salads. However, in principle, if you can imagine a full meal or dinner without meat - then health, cook and serve as the main dish. The benefit of cooking is very simple, and a successful combination of ingredients and spices makes it possible to achieve harmony of the taste of this dish. So, how to bake zucchini with potatoes: Put a baking sheet in the preheated oven, greased with olive oil. Put on it a mix of sliced zucchini, potatoes, chopped chopped pepper, parsley, finely chopped garlic, tomato, half-rings of chopped onions, salt and black pepper. Spread the vegetables evenly over the baking pan and sprinkle oregano. Bake for about 1 hour (depending on the thickness of the pieces), from time to time stirring. That's all!
