And even more so do not realize that alone with depression we are in the past, instead of living in the present.

To start working with depression, it is necessary to accept the fact that suffering and sorrow occur in the life of each of us. But they leave, and sadness can remain. Then it's time to ask yourself: what are you missing at the moment for feeling full of life. When we begin to listen to ourselves, it is easier for us to understand our relationship with the world.

Allow yourself to feel sad. Try to understand in which part of the body it is, directing there breaths and exhalations. Catch all the moments and pictures that come to your mind, and then return to reality. Undoubtedly, it will require strength and courage, because looking into the eyes of sadness is not easy. You should feel yourself as an outside observer who does not condemn these emotions, does not justify, but simply he exists with them. Do not feel guilty, allow yourself to cry, burn, but carefully and gently. No one will support your wounded soul like yourselves. From this position to yourself, everything will change rapidly. About what's gone, you can calmly talk and smile. As mentioned above, each depression carries a message in itself. And such experience is necessary that we learn to be detached and independent. Awakening the brain will bring understanding that you are not a victim of this world.

Coping with depression is not easy. Especially most, at home. Of course, depression on the one hand is a normal reaction to some unpleasant event in your life. But on the other hand - it's the road to melancholy, which you do not let go. For example, you broke up with your lover. You are experiencing resentment, self-pity, loneliness. And, not only on the basis of real events, but also from own conjectures. And that's it they make the spleen go with us in the leg. Yes, it's hard to turn off your imagination, but you need to do this if you do not want to go through life with the installation "I do not need anyone".
