- unsweetened chocolate bars - 21 pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- flour - 2 Cups
- soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- white sugar - 11/4 Glass
- eggs - 2 pieces
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- sour cream - 2/3 Glass
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 2 Cups
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C). In a microwave oven or in a double boiler, melt unsweetened chocolate and butter, mix until smooth. Sift together the flour, soda, baking powder and salt, set aside. In a medium bowl, whip the sugar, eggs and vanilla until a light mass is formed. Add to the chocolate mixture, mix well. Add the sifted ingredients, alternating with sour cream, then add chocolate chips. Put rounded tablespoons on unglazed baking sheets. Bake 8 - 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow the liver to cool for 5 minutes on a baking sheet, then transfer to a grate and cool completely.
