What prompted me to write an article about chips? My own example. Without hesitation, I can say that for many years I was dependent on this harmful product. In principle, I ate them not so much. A large, even a very large bundle once a month. But I did not stop until I ate this pack to the end. I was both good and bad. Here it is, the most harmful food in the world. I realized that this should be tied. It's already like 5 months I do not use such a malicious product, and even had enough strength to write an article about my former passion.

We will tell a little about the history of the appearance of chips. They were accidentally invented by George Speck on August 24, 1852. He worked as a cook in a fashionable restaurant in the resort of Saratoga Springs. It seems, with what reason is it that chips can be harmful, because of the useful properties of potatoes known for a long time? Chips are made from natural or dry potatoes with the addition of starch. Chips are fried at a temperature of 100 degrees, which indicates the loss of all useful substances. This substance, which has such a nice chemical name, provokes the development of cancer. Acrylamide is formed in foods cooked deep-fried or grilled. Acrylamide leads to a mutation of genes, it has been established in the course of research that acrylamide is the clear cause of a malignant tumor of the stomach.

Each of us tasted chips with a lot of bruises (not otherwise than black streaks around the edges). Do you think that it's over-fried chips? Well, well, or the venom of solanine. To decide each of us whether we need such harmful food or not. I already made my choice.
