We wrap a piece of meat in foil and put it in the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Bake for an hour and a half, depending on your oven and the size of the piece. A piece weighing 1 kg is enough to bake for 1 hour. After an hour (or one and a half, depending on the size of the piece), open the foil and bake the meat without foil for another 20-30 minutes.
