Cottage cheese-strawberry cake without eggs Very easy to prepare pie, which does not require much time and experience. For the filling you can use any frozen berries or fruits, my favorites are strawberries and cherries. Delicious, hearty and fragrant cake - with a crunchy dough and curd-fruit filling inside, it is especially tasty to wash with mint tea in the circle of your favorite friends or close people.
Ingredients:- Butter 200 g
- Curd 500g
- Vanillin 2 g
- Wheat flour 5 tbsp.
- Cardamom 5 g
- Lemon juice 10 ml
- Soda 5 g
- Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 350g
- Strawberries, frozen 300 g
- Step 1 You need: flour, sugar, butter, sour cream, cardamom, vanilla, soda, lemon juice or vinegar (to quench soda), cottage cheese and frozen berries or fruit (I used strawberries).
- Step 2 Melt the melted butter with sugar and sour cream.
- Step 3 Then add the repaired soda, cardamom and vanillin.
- Step 4 Add the flour and mix well.
- Step 5 Knead the dough and divide it into 8 pieces, and then place them in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Step 6 Cottage cheese pour into a bowl, add thawed strawberries, sugar.
- Step 7 Wipe everything in a homogeneous mixture with a fork.
- Step 8 Take the dough out of the freezer. In a greased baking dish, grate 5 coarse dough pieces on a large grater. The dough should be spread evenly. Then distribute the filling.
- Step 9 Next, grate 3 parts of the dough and spread evenly. Pie the cake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C until cooked, about 30 minutes.
- Step 10 When the cake cools off sprinkle abundantly with powdered sugar.
