Rinse the liver thoroughly, cut each piece in half. Put in a bowl. Pour the milk so that the milk completely covers the liver. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry until golden brown. Take the onion out of the frying pan when it becomes golden. Do not remove the frying pan from the fire. Each piece of chicken liver roll in flour. Put the pieces of liver in a hot frying pan with a little oil. Fry until brown on one side. Then turn over and fry the other side until cooked. Salt to taste. Return the roasted onions to a pan, mix with the liver and fry together for another 1 minute. Done! Serve best with mashed potatoes.
