- Yogurt mango - 150-200 Grams (you can use other, pineapple, apricot.)
- skim milk - 1 cup
- fresh banana - 1 cup (chopped)
- mango - 1 cup (chopped)
- ice cubes - 1 cup (small)
Banana peeled, chopped. Mango, wash, chop. Put in the blender yogurt, mango, banana, milk. Bring to a homogeneous mass. Add ice and mix again. Pour out the glasses. You can decorate the cocktail with lobules of mango or pineapple.
