To begin with, we will boil hard-boiled eggs, and clean the peppers from membranes and seeds. Garlic is cleaned, cheese is rubbed on a large grater. Mix all the ingredients for the filling: chopped garlic, grated cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, grated eggs on a large grater and a bunch of parsley. The resulting filling stuffs our peppers. Now, as shown in the photo, we cut pepper into rings (each pepper - somewhere in 4 rings). We serve and serve our snack on the table. Have a nice snack! :)
