Salad with strawberries A very tasty and juicy salad from a kubniki, spinach, two kinds of salad and two kinds of sunflower seeds: pumpkin and sunflower. With such a useful and tasty vitamin set, the filling based on sunflower oil, wine vinegar and jam perfectly matches. Jam can be taken raspberry, cherry or club. Each kind of jam will bring its own unique note. In my place, instead of jam, petals of a tea rose are used, rubbed with sugar. It turned out very fragrant, tasty and juicy!
Ingredients:- Strawberry 200 g
- Seeds of sunflower chipped 3 tbsp. l.
- Seeds of pumpkin 3 tbsp. l.
- Onion 30 g
- Lollo Rossa salad 50 g
- Green salad 50 g
- Spinach fresh 1 bunch
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- White wine vinegar 3 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined oil 65 ml
- Jam 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, we need strawberries, onions, two kinds of salad, spinach, salt, sunflower oil, jam, wine vinegar, peeled pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
- Step 2 Strawberries are washed, peeled and cut.
- Step 3 Seeds warm 2-3 minutes on a hot frying pan.
- Step 4 For refueling, combine sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, jam (I have rose petals mashed with sugar).
- Step 5 Chop onion very thinly (preferably on a special grater). Add the onion to the gas station. Rinse the onions for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 6 Meanwhile, salads and spinach to wash, tear to pieces.
- Step 7 Put the salad and spinach on the dish.
- Step 8 Top with strawberries.
- Step 9 Pour the dressing and put the onion.
- Step 10 Sprinkle over the prepared seeds. Salad ready!
