Tsatsiki Sauce (Tzatziki)

Sauce from yoghurt and fresh cucumber, dressed with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper Ingredients:

• yoghurt - 470 milliliters
• cucumber - 1 piece
• Garlic - 5 pieces
• Wine vinegar - 1 st. a spoon
• Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
• Salt - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Sauce from yogurt and fresh cucumber, dressed with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. In the cooled form the sauce is served to meat, vegetables, bread, potato chips.
