Pouring from the Crimean turn The pour is done on sweet fruits or berries with the addition of sugar and is obligatory at the end of cooking is exposed to the sun ("poured"). Our pouring is prepared from ripe berries of turn, collected in the mountains of Crimea. Pouring according to tradition is not made strong. This means that the tincture is already ready. What to do with the flesh of the berries of the turn? After all, they are full of sugar syrup. We will fill this fragrant sweet fruit pulp with vodka. As a result, after 3-4 months we will receive tincture. Only this will be a secondary tincture. Since the main flavor of the berry went into the filling. But the strength of tincture can be up to 40 and above degrees. In the tincture do not add sugar, traditional components of tincture - herbs. With the addition of sugar, the tincture turns into a balm.
Ingredients:- Turn 1000g

- Step 1 To prepare the filling, you need to take the ripe berries turn and sugar.

- Step 3 Put a layer of berries 2-3 cm into a clean container.
- Step 4 Add a second layer of sugar to cover the layer of berries.

- Step 7 Remove the glove, (smell the fermentation), through the cheesecloth strain the juice.
- Step 8 Remove the bones from the berries.
- Step 9 Pour the flesh of the berries with juice. Close the capacity of gauze, folded into 5 layers. Leave to wander in the sun for another 20 days. The pour will wander, the foam will rise. The container can sometimes be shaken.
- Step 10 After 20 days, pour the filter through gauze into 3-4 layers 3 times, each time to change the gauze to a new one.
- Step 11 Pour the remaining pulp of the berries with vodka. Put in a dry dark place for 3-4 months until the tincture is ready.
