- carrots - 450 Grams (very small, or dwarfish)
- oil - 2 items. spoons
- salt, pepper - 1 piece
- finely chopped parsley - 1 st. a spoon
Boil water and add carrots, cook for about 5 minutes. On medium heat, melt the butter in a frying pan. As the oil begins to foam to add carrots, salt, pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
