We cook the vegetables: pepper the seeds and cut them, peel the garlic, and clean the green onions and dry them thoroughly. We put vegetables in a bowl of a blender, we add there a soy sauce and vinegar. Good whisk all until a uniform consistency. To taste we add chili pepper - we like a sharp marinade, so we add a teaspoon of ground. Once again, a good mix. We cut the turkey fillet from the veins and cut into portions for shish kebabs - the cubes with a side about 4 cm. Take the bag, put the meat there and fill it with the marinade. Tightly wrap the bag and leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - the meat should be properly marinated. Pickled meat is taken from the refrigerator and threaded on skewers. We put them on the heated frying pan. Fry in a grilled pan until cooked from all sides. The meat should turn out to be tender, fried, not damp.
