Green salad with ham and pear It's hard to imagine that some time ago we did not know arugula, but now we can not imagine without it an easy salad that saturates us with vitamins. It is unlikely that this juicy grass would have taken root in the kitchens of different countries, if it were not so useful and tasty. I really like it when in salads with arugula there is not only the sourness of the traditional lemon juice used in the dressing, but also some sweetish component that compensates for the grub of the arugula. I suggest you try a salad with arugula, pear and ham, which may well become a full dinner. This is a very original salad, combining fruit sweetness and spice of arugula, complemented by a salty taste of ham. Pine nuts are the final chord in all this taste variety. Ingredients:- Ruccola 100 g
- Ham 100 g
- Cedar nuts 2 tbsp. l.
- Pear 1 pc.
- Lemon juice 1.5 tsp.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 For salad we need: rucola, ham, pear, pine nuts, as well as lemon juice, olive oil and freshly ground pepper.
- Step 2 Cut the ham thin plates, then squares or rectangles.
- Step 3 Peel the pear from the peel, cut into small pieces, immediately sprinkle with lemon juice, which prevents darkening.
- Step 4 Fry cedar nuts in a frying pan until golden brown.
- Step 5 For filling, mix olive oil with lemon juice and freshly ground pepper. If desired, add salt.
- Step 6 Rukkolu, washed and dried, put in a serving dish.
- Step 7 Loose the ham freely on the hand.
- Step 8 Put the pieces of pears and pour all the prepared sauce. Do not mix.
