From pita breads you can prepare a variety of snacks, pancakes and rolls. Ready pita bread is best stored in plastic bags. Preparation: Pour dry yeast with warm water and let stand. Add the sifted flour and salt. Knead the elastic dough, gradually adding the remaining water. Form a ball from the dough, cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. From each part form a ball. Cover the balls with a plastic wrap and allow to stand for 20 minutes. From the balls roll out thin cakes. Fry the flat cakes in a dry frying pan (or dry in the oven) on both sides until golden spots appear. Ready lavash is placed on a towel, sprinkled with water on both sides and covered with a towel. This will allow the pita bread to remain soft. Store pita bread in a plastic bag.
