- banana - 1 piece (peeled, cut)
- fresh or frozen blueberries - 1/4 Cups
- fresh or frozen strawberries - 1/4 Cups (sliced)
- milk - 3/4 Cups
- pomegranate juice - 1/4 cup (chilled, also suitable for juice of black currant, grapes, cranberries)
- vanilla frozen yogurt - 1/4 cup (or pineapple sorbet)
In a blender, mix a banana, berries, milk, juice, and yogurt until smooth. Spill on glasses and serve.
