We dissolve the yeast in a small amount of water, we also add sugar to it. Leave this mixture for 5-10 minutes. We also add olive oil, a teaspoon of salt and the remaining water. Add the flour, mix the dough. It should turn out such a beautiful dough. Cover the dough with a napkin and leave for 2 hours. Then the dough should be added a little bit more - just a minute. Roll the dough into a layer, sprinkle it with thyme leaves, finely chopped garlic, a little salt. Cover with a napkin, let stand for another 30 minutes, after which we bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 220 degrees. Done!
