1. Mix in a dry bowl all 4 loose ingredients (flour, salt, sugar and baking powder). 2. Pour the soy milk into a dry mixture and whisk together until the dough is completely homogeneous. 3. Preheat the frying pan over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil, and only then pour the first pancakes with a spoon. Try to make them small. 4. When holes appear on the raw side of a pancake, it's time to turn it over. 5. Fold the prepared pancakes on a large plate, serve still hot. If desired, you can serve jam or any jam for each serving.
