Caramel pancakes with apples

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, water, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt. Whisk all until smooth. We make sure that there are no lumps left. 2. Pour 0.5 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it on medium heat. When the frying pan is heated, pour the ladle onto it with the dough. 3. We tilt the pan on the weight in different directions, so that the dough covers a uniform thin layer of the bottom. We put the frying pan on the fire and wait for the edges of the pancake on one side to turn golden and depart from the surface. 4. Turn the pancake to the other side with a shovel and cook the pancake until golden. In the same way, bake all the pancakes. Stir the dough before each new pancake. 5. Now make the filling. We clean the apples from the peel and bones and finely cut into cubes. Add to the apples a lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. 6. We make caramel. Melt in a frying pan a piece of butter on medium heat. We fall asleep 70 g of sugar and, constantly stirring, we prepare caramel. When sugar becomes caramel color, remove from heat. 8. Add the apples to the caramel, put them back on the stove and cook, stirring until the caramel is absorbed. 9. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar.
