1. Put the zest with 2un oranges and 1/2 cup sugar to the blender. Beat for 1 minute. Add 130 g of butter, beat again. Slowly pour 1/2 cup of orange juice, then 3 tablespoons of liqueur. 2. Cover the resulting mixture and cool. 3. Pancakes: Pour milk, water, egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of sugar into the blender, 1 tbsp. l. liqueur (or cognac), add flour and 5 tablespoons of butter. Beat for about a minute at maximum speed. Cover with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 4. Heat the frying pan with oil over medium heat. 5. Pour the orange mixture in a saucepan and lightly heat, pour into a pan for baking pancakes. 6. Bake pancakes on both sides, then fold them in half and once again in half (triangle). 7. Heat 2 tbsp. spoons of cognac, 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur in a small saucepan. Pour the pancakes with an alcoholic mixture and "cautiously" set it on fire. Serve immediately.
