Vika Daineko: "I never do bad to people ..."

Openness, honesty, easy naivety and incredible benevolence make it possible to single out Victoria Dayneko among many other young performers. "I really like what I do, I love all the songs I sing," Vika shares the secret of her success

Vika, what qualities, in your opinion, are vital for the singer?
Of course, a voice! And a desire to sing and a huge capacity for work (smiles)!

Are there any life laws that you personally never violate?
And what about without them? If you live at all, ignoring these laws, you can lose yourself as a person. I never do bad to other people - bad always comes back. We must live in peace with ourselves and others, do not cross anyone.

Could you get along with a genius?
Very often geniuses are people from another world. But with some of them you can still communicate perfectly. For example, the genius for me is my producer Igor Matvienko. He wrote many beautiful songs. I have great respect for him and admire him.

I wonder what can make you mad?
I am a very peaceful and kind person. But I can anger and become capricious when I'm hungry or when I want to sleep.

What is going to happen in your life, that you said to yourself: "Stop, I did everything that was necessary, it's time to stop!"
Oh, I think it's too early for me to think about that. Maybe when I'm 60 or 70, I'll say something like that, but now I'm only moving forward!

Do you read all the numerous gossip about yourself?
Of course I'm reading. I'm also curious about what they write about me, which ones I write on the Internet, newspapers and magazines. To the "ducks" I have long learned to treat philosophically, as part of my work, and only. Therefore, they not only do not upset me, but on the contrary - they amuse me.

Do you believe in karma?
I believe in destiny, in karma. I believe that much in our life happens because it was supposed to happen.

Goals as they are achieved change. Can you remember your very first dream?
When I was 8 years old, I dreamed of becoming a model. And then with 12, I wanted to become a singer and thought that if I was a famous singer, then I would be constantly photographed - and it turned out. But for me now shooting in photoshoots is a real pleasure and one of the favorite parts of the work.

If there was an opportunity to turn back time, what would you change?
I do not regret anything and appreciate all that I have now, everything that happened to me. I would not change anything.

The life of a creative person is like a constant race over time. How can you manage to do everything without missing the good things life gives us?
In fact, the more cases, the more time you have. But behind this bustle I never forget about the most important values: about people I love, about simple human communication.

Recently, on the air of radio stations, your "Ljube" band appeared with a joint song "My Admiral". You said in the press that you were very worried about recording. It's true?
Of course! I remember when Igor Matvienko told me that I would sing with "Lube", I just did not believe it. For me, working together with a group of this level is a new creative stage, a new height. So I was very worried when I was recording, so much so that I could not even sing right away, I was confused. But in the end I coped with excitement and read my recitative remarkably. About recitative I'm joking, of course. Just my vocal part in this composition is stylized for reading the letter.

What are you thinking about at this point in time?
About everything and about anything (smiles).
