Baked pies-scallops I really like this form of baked patties. They are very easy to protect, and with the help of a cutter and beautifully cut. In addition, this form allows you to evenly and easily lubricate them. In baked form, the products retain their shape. Dough and filling can be any. This recipe uses a dough cooked with the addition of dry white wine. A filling of liver, eggs and onions is one of my favorites!
Ingredients:- Wine white dry 100 ml
- Flour, wheat 300 g
- Butter 200 g
- Milk 100 ml
- Beef liver 300g
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Sunflower unrefined oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the dough you need to take wheat flour of the highest grade, margarine and white dry wine.
- Step 2 Wine slightly warmed and grate margarine on a large grater.
- Step 3 Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Step 4 Add the sifted flour to the mixture.
- Step 5 Knead the dough and put it in a cold place for 2-3 hours.
- Step 6 To make the filling, take the liver (beef or pork), milk, vegetable oil, onions, eggs, flour, black pepper and salt. If you need to dilute the filling, you can take sour cream or mayonnaise.
- Step 7 Remove the bile ducts and large blood vessels from the liver, wash, lower for 1 minute in hot water, remove the film and put in 30 minutes in milk. After that, dry well and cut into slices 1 cm thick.
- Step 8 Sliced lightly with pepper and roll in flour.
- Step 9 Fry the liver in boiling oil for 10 minutes one side, then the other. Just before the end of the frying salt.
- Step 10 Ready liver to cool and pass through a fine lattice of mincers.
- Step 11 Boil eggs for 10 minutes, dip into cold water, then peel and cut into small cubes.
- Step 12 Cut the bulb, cut it in half, and then each halve into thin half-rings.

- Step 18 Put the products on a baking tray, lubricated with oil, and brush with a lightly beaten egg.
- Step 19 Put the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Put the patties on a paper towel.
