Vladimir Friske accused prosecutors of corruption

One and a half weeks ago, the Petrovsky court of Moscow made a final decision on the lawsuit filed by Rusfond against Zhanna Friske's relatives. It is about 25 million rubles collected for the treatment of a seriously ill singer and disappeared in an unknown direction from her accounts.

The investigation found out that all of the money was taken off by Zhanna's mother Olga Vladimirovna. For four million the family was able to report, providing checks for the services provided. The fate of the remaining 21 million remains unknown, so the court decided to recover this amount from the singer's heirs - from the parents of Jeanne and her son Plato, the guardian of which is Dmitry Shepelev. Those who closely follow the events, did not doubt that the reaction of Vladimir Borisovich Friske would be tough. The father of Zhanna called the decision of the court in the case of "Rusfonda" lawlessness:

Despite the fact that Rusfond scoffed at relatives who had nothing to do with money, the lawyers of Rusfond decided to send their relatives after Zhanna to find out where the checks were for treatment. On the legal side, this is lawlessness. Now everyone who has fallen ill with relatives is also doomed to go to prison after the death of relatives because of greedy funds / russfunds. If the hospital gives the patient certificates, checks, and they are not accepted by such a "Rusfond" and Perovsky court, you are waiting for years of desperate prison term.

The man insists that all the necessary accountability was provided by his lawyers. But the judge, whom Vladimir Friske accuses of corruption, allegedly did not accept these documents for consideration, and the records of the last court session were seized by representatives of Rusfond.

Vladimir Friske added that the report was made even during the life of Jeanne, but "Rusfond" is now trying to "squeeze" the singer's relatives.

Recall that before that, Dmitry Shepelev also made a statement on the outcome of the court. The moderator is going to challenge the decision in the part of the responsibility of his son, who was dragged into history with the theft of money and ordered to pay a third of the sum. At the same time, Dmitry Shepelev fully supports the version that her parents ordered the money from Jeanne.

By the way, it coincided that after the decision on the lawsuit of "Rusfond" took place the long-awaited meeting of Plato with his grandfather and grandmother. Dmitry came with his son to the performance at the circus on Vernadsky, and during the interval Jeanne's parents managed to communicate with their grandson in a special room for 15 minutes. The meeting was very emotional, after her father Jeanne complained of heart problems.
