Preparing the surface

1. Building white paint with the help of sponge we apply 5-7 layers. The amount depends on the concentration of the paint, if it is thick, then the layers will be required less. Dry each layer.
2. Cover the ball twice with acrylic white paint and dry.
3. Sandpaper our new-year ball.

4. Glue PVA (slightly diluted with water) and brush the rose to the ball. After the stickers have dried, we cover the entire New Year's toy with a layer of decoction varnish and again dry it.
5. Red acrylic paint we go through those areas of the rose, where this color is present. Emerald paint leaves and twigs.
6. White mother-of-pearl shade rose petals.
7. To Christmas-tree ball looked festive, we circle the rose with a red outline with sparkles.
8. Emerald contour with sparkles surround stems and leaves. We leave for a while our New Year's decoration, so that the contour is frozen.
9. Cover the New Year ball with decoupage varnish two or three times.
