- blue cheese - 1/4 Glass (grate)
Cut the chicken breasts and carefully beat each slice with a hammer. Salt, pepper and roll in flour. Preheat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Cut into small strips. Grate the blue cheese. In a bowl, mix the wine vinegar and mustard. Pour olive oil in a thin trickle. Then you need to add sugar, cream and cheese to the mold.
