How to cook lean oatmeal cookies: 1. Warm up the dry frying pan, fry oat flakes on it for 2 minutes. Half of the fried flakes are ground to a consistency of flour. 2. Mix the butter, sugar, honey, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, fried flakes and flour from flakes. Stir, leave for 15-20 minutes. 3. From the resulting test, we form the cookie, spread it on a pan covered with parchment paper. We put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and we burn 25 minutes. That's all - lean oatmeal cookies are ready. A very simple recipe, is not it? :) And the cookie turns out excellent - believe me, I checked it on my own several times!
