- berry jam - 1 cup
Preheat the oven to 350F. In a small bowl, mix crushed cookies, cinnamon and sugar. Stir well. Add the melted butter and mix. Lay the mixture for the cake in a baking dish. Thoroughly tamper. Bake for 8 minutes. Set aside for later steps. After the cream cheese has reached room temperature, whisk at low speed until a uniform mass is obtained about 45 seconds. Add the sugar and continue to mix. Add eggs two at a time, starting with egg yolks. Ready whipped cream: Add lemon peel, vanillin and sour cream to the cream. Mix again. Pour the cream into the baking dish over the cake. Place the baking dish on a baking tray with a little water. Bake at 450F for about 15 minutes. Immediately after that, turn the oven temperature to 225 F and bake for another 1 hour and 15 minutes. When the time is up, you need to turn off the heat and keep the cake in the oven for another 2 hours. Wait for the cake to cool. We decorate with berries and serve them to the table.
