Now, not having received her money within the specified time, Alla Borisovna decided to recover from the former student not only the principal amount of the debt, but also the penalty for late payment. In the event that Alla Borisovna wins the court, Irson will have to return her not only 7 million rubles and 200 thousand dollars, but also the penalty in the amount of 47 thousand dollars and 2.044 million rubles, as well as additional amounts for the use of other people's money - $ 10.77 thousand and 468 thousand rubles. The suit of Pugacheva has already been accepted for consideration and the first court session is scheduled for the end of September.
