At first, it seemed to me that the vegetables themselves, in particular this refers to carrots, can not be fried, but still I was mistaken - they became soft, tasty and well-fried, but the special zest is still in batter - the basil ideally came up as spice and brought a piquant note in this dish! Serve this vegetable snack with sauce, in a hot or cooled form, or as a side dish to the meat!
