On the motives of Madeleine ... It so happened that the cookies Madeleine became one of my favorite children. Either a tender taste did its job, or maybe just a shape of sea scallops liked, but I so suspect that both taste and form are involved here. And so, in order not to discourage children from eating homemade cookies, since the portion was baked almost every day, I decided to add a "zest", or rather my favorite almonds, and how to bonus the chocolate filling. It turned out even very ... and very tasty! Next, it was necessary to choose a name for pechenyushek, because it is no longer the classic "Madlens", but only remotely resembling this biscuit dainty. In general, decided to act trite and understandable, still left the name "Madeleine", but that's just decoded the secret of taste - almond-chocolate. It's done, like all ingenious, simple. The truth is now not quite one of those products that are always at hand. To the traditional list of ingredients, we will now add ground almonds and chocolate pasta, your favorite. Next, as usual, we mix all the ingredients ... well, then look at yourself.
Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sugar 100 g
- Flour, wheat 120 g
- Almonds 30 g
- Butter 120 g
- Chocolate-nut paste 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 You will need: eggs, sugar, flour, ground almonds, butter (melt), chocolate paste.
- Step 2 Whisk the eggs with sugar in a light mass.
- Step 3 In the egg-sugar mass, sift the flour and add the ground almonds. Stir.
- Step 4 Pour melted butter into the resulting dough. Stir well.
- Step 5 In the mold, put a tablespoon of dough. Top with a teaspoon of chocolate pasta.
- Step 6 Add a teaspoon of dough to the chocolate paste.
- Step 7 Bake in preheated to 180 oven for 17-20 minutes.
