Stromboli with broccoli, salami and cheese

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Divide the dough into 4 parts. On a lightly floured work surface, form a rectangle of 7x10 cm from each piece of dough. Divide evenly, lay broccoli over the dough, leaving a centimeter border along the edges. Sprinkle with garlic, season with salt and pepper. Dividing evenly, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salami and pour 1/2 cup marinara. Starting from the short end, roll each stromboli, lay it on the baking tray with a seam down. Using the tip of the knife to clean the vegetables, make two slits at the top of each thromboli. Lubricate with oil. Bake until golden brown, from 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with a 1/2 cup marinara.
