Danish squares with plum jam Square Hindbrsnitte with jam is able to cook every hostess in Denmark. The preparation of this cookie is turned into a real amusement for children who happily help in the kneading of the dough, and also with great pleasure dragging from the table the scraps that remain in the process of forming even squares. You can sandwich Korzhiki with any jam to your taste! I propose a purely Ukrainian version - plum jam "Lekvar", which is manufactured in western Ukraine and is a visiting card of the region. There is a whole festival of lecture, where visitors can watch the process of cooking the famous Transcarpathian jam, which is stirring continuously for 12-14 hours, cooked on wood in homemade clay ovens and old grandfather boilers. This jam has a pleasant sweet and sour taste and is excellent as a filling for a Nordic dessert!
