- Step 1 To make a cake, you need to take flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, lemon and orange peel, apples, cardamom, nutmeg, sugar powder, orange juice, biscuits.
- Step 2 Prepare the spoon: pour the yeast with warm water, add a pinch of sugar (4 grams). Leave in the warmth for 15 minutes.
- Step 3 Cut the oil into cubes, pour warm milk, add 150 g of sugar. Heat the mixture. It should be warm.
- Step 4 Sift the flour. Add zest of orange and lemon for 1 tsp, cardamom and nutmeg. Mix.
- Step 5 Whisk the egg yolks, add to the yeast mixture.
- Step 6 In a dry mixture of flour add eggs, approached the yeast mixture and a warm mixture of butter and sugar. Mix everything.
