Chicken pizza

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion; Ingredients: Instructions

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion; cook, stirring until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue frying onions until dark brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Put the bacon into a large deep frying pan and cook over medium heat, turning from time to time, until reaching brown, about 10 minutes. Lay thin slices of bacon on a paper towel; chop when it cools. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C). Lubricate the pan. Put the chilled dough for chicken pizza on a baking sheet, stretch it to fit the size of the baking tray. Evenly grease the dough with barbecue sauce, sprinkle with chopped chicken, onion, bacon, gorgonzola cheese and chili pepper. Season with pepper and garlic powder. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake chicken pizza in a preheated oven until the cheese melts 15 to 17 minutes.
