- Chicken drumsticks - 6 pieces
- Cilantro (bundle) - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3-4 teeth
- Lemon - 1/2 Pieces
- Pepper black peas - - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 pieces

Chicken drumsticks are washed, let's dry. I had to cut it off a little - it did not fit into the baking dish :) But it's not necessary, of course. We put the legs in the baking dish - and leave for a while alone. Cilantro greens, let it dry. Finely chop the cilantro. Garlic cloves are cleaned and also finely chopped. In a mortar or mill, grind black pepper peas. Mix the shredded greens, garlic, pepper, lemon juice and butter. We mix it well. Get a good marinade rub our chicken. Fold the chicken back into the baking dish and leave it for 1-2 hours to marijuana. When mashed - put in the oven and bake at 190 degrees until ready (this, depending on the size of the pieces, 20-30 minutes). Serve hot with potatoes or rice. Bon Appetit! :)
