Shrimp with garlic and parsley We are not tired of experimenting, trying to give a new, unusual taste quite familiar dishes. Here and now we suggest you try to cook shrimp with garlic and parsley in a not very usual way. Usually shrimps are simply boiled or fried. But why not put them out in a very piquant sauce of white wine, lemon juice and spices? Look at the pictures: is not it, does this dish look very appetizing? Yes, and the taste, we dare to assure you, too, very much even. If you decide to repeat our culinary experiment and also cook shrimp with garlic and parsley, go to the store for the main ingredient. You need 500 grams of peeled shrimp. If they do not meet you, you will have to buy unpeeled, but not less than 1,5-2 kg, since after removing all unnecessary parts for cooking, you will have about 500 grams of tender shrimp meat. Do not forget to grab a bottle of white wine and olive oil. The first will be very handy when you sit down to supper, and olive oil will give shrimps with garlic and parsley a much more gentle and noble taste than any other vegetable oil.
Ingredients:- Shrimp frozen 1000g
- Garlic 5 denticles
- Olive oil 5 tbsp. l.
- Paprika sweet ground 1 tbsp. l.
- Lemon 1 pc.
- White dry wine 20 ml
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Step 1 To prepare the dish, take: shrimp (pre-defrosted), garlic, spices, lemon, olive oil, white dry wine and a small bunch of parsley.
- Step 2 Wash and clean the shrimp.
- Step 3 5 cloves of young garlic large cut.
- Step 4 In a frying pan, heat up the olive oil and heat 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika with garlic for about 1 minute.
- Step 5 Then add shrimp, wine, 1 tablespoon lemon juice - cook everything gently stirring until the shrimps are ruddy.
- Step 6 Add finely chopped parsley, salt and black ground pepper to taste.
- Step 7 Serve the finished shrimp with sauce and a slice of lemon, as a separate dish or complement, for example, to spaghetti.
