- butter - 1/4 cup
- whole milk - 3/4 Cups
- big eggs - 3 pieces
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- flour - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- extract of vanilla - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- raspberries - 2 Cups
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In the oven, melt the butter in a baking dish, about 6 minutes. In a blender, mix the milk, eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, flour, salt and vanillin. Add the melted butter and mix until smooth, for 30 seconds. Spread evenly the berries in a pie shape and pour over the cream. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Increase the temperature in the oven and continue baking until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Dessert serve warm.
