Creamy cake will please you with its unusually delicate taste. Preparation: Pour gelatin with cold boiled water and allow to swell. Then pour the gelatin mass into a saucepan and heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not bring the mass to a boil! Mix gelatin mass with lemon juice and strain. Wipe the cottage cheese, add lemon zest, mineral water, sugar powder and honey. Stir all the ingredients. Add gelatin and whipped cream. Stir until smooth cream consistency is obtained. Cut the finished sponge cake along into 2 crusts. Place one cake on a large dish and put cream topping on top. Cover the top with the second crust. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar and serve.
