Ingredients:

• Tomatoes 4 pcs.
• Eggplant 1 pc.
• Olive oil 50 ml
• A mixture of Italian herbs 0.5 tsp.
• Salt 0.5 tsp.
• Spinach frozen 150 g
• Basil green fresh 50 g
• Garlic 1 clove

Instructions

• Step 1 For this recipe, take: 4 large tomatoes, 1 medium eggplant, garlic clove, freshly frozen spinach, several green basil leaves, olive oil, a mixture of Italian herbs.
• Step 2 Cut the tops of tomatoes to make the caps.
• Step 3 Remove the core from the tomato. This can be done with a tablespoon.
• Step 4 Put the core in a separate container. It is still useful.
• Step 5 Eggplant cut into small cubes.
• Step 6 Fry over medium heat with the addition of oil for 5 minutes.
• Step 7 Add the core of the tomato, spices, salt and fry another 5 minutes.
