When the season of tomato and eggplant maturation comes, in addition to various winter preparations, they also prepare delicious dishes for a daily or festive table. One of them is a snack of eggplant with cheese and tomatoes. If you serve it hot, then it can easily replace a full dinner or lunch. In a cold form, the eggplant snack is perfect for buffets, picnics, parties. For lovers of sharpened, the recipe can be slightly changed by grinding the cheese and mixing it with ground pepper and garlic. In the original version, the eggplant snack is good enough even to feed the children during a walk, travel to nature or to a dacha, on the road or on a hike. In general, the topic of hot sandwiches is very relevant at any time of the year, but in summer it is preferable to do it using vegetables and greens.
Ingredients:- Eggplant 1 pc.
- Tomatoes 3 pcs.
- Loaf of 0.5 piece.
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch

- Step 1 To make snacks, take tomatoes, eggplant, cheese, greens, eggs and half a loaf.
