My tomatoes, dried, rubbed with a towel, cut into palam. We take out the seeds. Spread the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Then put the tomatoes in a colander and let the juice drain for a few minutes. Then put the tomatoes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Tomatoes are poured with olive oil, sprinkle oregano, pepper. Then add either chopped garlic, or squeezed. We put in the preheated oven to 180 degrees. Tomatoes bake for about 15-20 minutes. Then we pull them out, let them cool down and serve as a side dish or snacks for meat.
